 Q1: Are you a manufacturer? 

A:  We have our own factory based at ZheJiang province, China. Welcome to visit our factory at anytime.

Q2: Can I order a sample first? 

A:  Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check product quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q3: How about the leadtime of order? 

A:  It depends on product model and customer’s detailed requirements. For standard product (without any change), it takes about 1 week for order preparation. For customized products, it usually takes about 4-6 weeks for customization and production. 

Q4: Can I customize my company logo to the trailer? 

A:  We provide OEM service to our customers, we can help to make the label and color box according to your requirements. 

Q5: What are the order procedures? 

A: 

1. Buyer specify product requirements

2. Supplier confirm requirements and send quotation

3. Buyer confirm quotation and issue purchase order

4. Buyer prepay 30% payment to start production

5. Supplier notify buyer when production is finished

6. Buyer prepay 70% payment before shipment

7. Supplier arrange shipment based on buyer’s shipment request

8. Buyer receive goods and make inspection

9. Order closed upon buyer’s satisfaction

 Q6. How can we guarantee the product quality?
A: We have a very strict quality control system from IQC to OQC. We only use first tier materials and care about every production details.
 

Q7: What’s the guarantee term for the products? 

A: We offer 2 years warranty for the whole system, however, it doesn’t mean our products can only work for 2 years, especially for the trailer. All of our products are manufactured under strict quality control system. 

 Q8: What’s the payment term?

A: 30% prepaid before production and 70% prepaid before shipment. 

Q9: How do you ship the finished products? 

A:  Sea shipment is recommended due to the size and weight of the trailer.
